In particular, the UAE has excelled in several key areas:

• Telecommunication Infrastructure Index (TII): UAE scores 100%, leading the world.
• Human Capital Index (HCI): We’ve jumped from 44th to 10th place globally, ranking first in Asia and the Arab world, reflecting our focus on developing national competencies.
• E-Government Development Index (EGDI): With a score of 95%, we’ve moved up two spots and retained our status among the most developed nations.
